Main characteristics
A shock-resistant case is a special container designed to protect the contents during transportation and long-term storage.
It is made of impact-resistant all-weather polyethylene, which is highly resistant to ultraviolet light. The roto-formed method of production ensures the relative lightness of the object.
The material of the box made it possible to reduce the weight by 30% compared to wooden counterparts. The details of the product are also made of high-quality raw materials:

Protective properties
“Delta case” is shockproof, waterproof, and resistant to cold, and vibration. The tests confirmed these properties:
The hermetic case passed the rain test: it rained for 2 hours at an intensity of 5 mm/min. As a result, the interior remained dry. The shell is waterproof.
The container was filled with sand and kept in a climatic chamber for 4 hours. The temperature reached -30 °C. Then the body was tested for strength: it was dropped from a height of 1 meter onto a concrete surface with its bottom, side, and end. Result: the object survived, and the side and end holders were not damaged. Cold resistance test passed. The permissible operating temperature was -40 C° to + 60 C°.
The plastic box was loaded with sand and fixed on the table of the impact stand. The test consisted of applying 110,000 shocks with an overload of 8g. The duration of shock pulses was 15 ms.
Conclusion: no damage, impact resistance confirmed.
As a result of the tests, the following strength indicators were found:
- Positive buoyancy: 1.25 kg/dm3.
- Surface hardness: 62 Shore.
- ignition temperature: +300 C°.
- Strength: 27 MPa/3900 Psi.
- Protection level: IP65e.
- Impact strength: -40 C° 28 J/mm.
- melting point: +130 C°.
Thanks to the waterproof, shockproof, airtightness of the case, the contents will remain intact regardless of the severity of the operating conditions.
Use of protective containers
The plastic case will serve the owner for most of his life: the service life exceeds 40 years. The warranty is 3 years.
The product is manufactured according to military standards and is available for use in difficult conditions. The manufacturer provides models of different colors.
