Material of manufacture
The high shock resistance of Delta Case products is due to the good quality of the raw materials used in production.
The traditional wooden frame has become obsolete in the 21st century. Wood was replaced with polyethylene. The material can withstand impacts of enormous severity without receiving even a scratch.
Holders and metal parts
The strength of a shockproof case depends on the functioning of the locks and fasteners. They are the most vulnerable part of the structure. They were made stronger using stainless steel.
Broken handles make the container inconvenient to use. To prevent this, high-strength plastic is used as a material that can withstand a load of 200 kg. A return mechanism is provided.
Durability of the moving system
Wheels tend to wear out during prolonged use and fall off during strong impacts. The problem was solved with the help of polyurethane, which proved its durability during tests.
The bearing plays an important role in the operation of the wheels: it correctly distributes the load between them and ensures rotation. High-quality stainless steel was also selected for its manufacture.
The right raw materials are the key to achieving impact resistance. It also allows you to make the case sealed and waterproof. To make sure of this, you should consider the most important indicators.

Strength indicators
Protective, impact-resistant cases are tested to ensure quality. Based on the results, the product is given an expert assessment.
Finding a manufacturer in Ukraine that organizes a multi-stage inspection is quite problematic.
The inside of the polypropylene case was filled with sand to make it heavier and bring the experience closer to a real situation. The case was kept for 4 hours at -30C° to test cold resistance.
The height of the fall reached one meter. The dumping was carried out three times: the strength of the bottom, the sides with handles, and the end part were checked. The result is not a single scratch.

Impact test
During transportation, the plastic case is constantly subject to impacts against the walls of the car and neighboring objects.
We managed to simulate the situation using a shock stand. The product has experienced 110,000 impacts. The overload was 8g, and the duration of the shock pulses was 15 ms. The result is unchanged – there is no damage.
Additionally, the impact-resistant protective case was tested using the Shore method. The sample was placed on a hard surface. A special durometer measured surface hardness by constantly increasing pressure on the body. The resulting result of 62 Shore was the key to the long-term use of the product.

Measuring the strength of handles
A separate experience was arranged for the holders. They were connected to a hydraulic cylinder, which gradually increased the load. The first handle broke at 204 kg, and the second — 214. In a real situation, achieving such a voltage is quite difficult.
Long-term operation also requires high impact strength of the object. It was checked by regular blows of a pendulum pile driver. At a temperature of -40 C°, it was possible to achieve 28 J/mm.
It is still difficult to buy a high-quality protective container in Kyiv and other regions of the country. Meanwhile, the most valuable things — weapons, jewelry, antiques — remain unprotected. Don’t miss the opportunity to secure them once and for all.
