The roto-formed method of production ensures the relative lightness of the object.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The material of the box made it possible to reduce the weight by 30% compared to wooden counterparts. The details of the product are also made of high-quality raw materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Metal hinges are made of stainless steel.<\/li>\n<li>The handles are made of plastic, and equipped with a rotary mechanism. Can withstand 200 kg of weight.<\/li>\n<li>The wheels are made of polyurethane. The material makes movement silent and resists abrasion.<\/li>\n<li>The bearings are made of stainless steel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cases for devices are completely made taking into account the variability of the weather and the difficulties of the road.<\/p>\n<h2>Protective properties<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cDelta case\u201d is shockproof, waterproof, and resistant to cold, and vibration. The shell is waterproof.<\/p>\n<p>The container was filled with sand and kept in a climatic chamber for 4 hours. The temperature reached -30 \u00b0C. Then the body was tested for strength: it was dropped from a height of 1 meter onto a concrete surface with its bottom, side, and end. Result: the object survived, and the side and end holders were not damaged. Cold resistance test passed. The permissible operating temperature was -40 C\u00b0 to + 60 C\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>The plastic box was loaded with sand and fixed on the table of the impact stand. The test consisted of applying 110,000 shocks with an overload of 8g. The warranty is 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>The product is manufactured according to military standards and is available for use in difficult conditions. The manufacturer provides models of different colors.<\/p>\n<p>The container is suitable for weapons and other large items: the internal dimensions reach 1940x650x470, depending on the model.<\/p>\n<p>The depth of the case reaches 417 mm, and the cover \u2014 135 mm.
